Cacao, much like wine or coffee, can have vastly different flavour profiles depending on the variety, climate and soil where the cacao is grown.
At Arcane chocolate we are somewhat ‘chocolate nerds’ and we have created a box of chocolates with each a very interesting flavour profile for you to discover:

  • Bolivia 68% wild cacao: fruity, with notes of plums
  • Madagascar 64%: fruity, zesty with notes of citrus and red fruits.
  • Venezuela 72%: floral, with notes of prunes and currants
  • Madagascar -plantation Millot- 72%: fruity, zesty and intense notes of cacao.

The ganaches are kept simple because we just want the chocolate to be the star of the show.
