Our chocolates are handmade in Dublin. Combining Belgian craftsmanship and tradition with Irish ingredients.

This selection was created with the intention to have something in there for everyone who loves chocolate, using only the best ingredients and sustainable cacao. This selection that has been with us since launching and is still the favourite of many of our customers.

An intense ganache of 70% ethically farmed cacao from the Ivory Coast coated in dark chocolate. This cacao has pleasant fruity notes with an intense cacao finish. This is the one for real chocolate lovers.

Homemade hazelnut praline spiced with the traditional Belgian “speculaas spice blend” and wafer crunch, coated in a Delicious 38% sustainable milk chocolate.

CAFE NOISETTE

Homemade hazelnut praline perfumed with pure Arabica coffee, sea salt and coated with a combination of milk and dark chocolate.

A zesty passion fruit caramel perfumed with Tahitian vanilla, topped with a milk chocolate ganache with Mango Alphonso, passion fruit and a hint of ginger in a shell of 70% sustainable chocolate –
