Teeling Small Batch with Muscovado caramel

To complement Teeling single malt’s pronounced tropical fruitiness we’ve created a chocolate filled with a vanilla scented apricot gelee, on top of a Whiskey ganache with a fruity and woody cacao from Ecuador.

The tasting notes of this complex Whiskey inspired us to create a chocolate with a layer of a rich muscovado caramel, on top of the intense, lightly perfumed with cinnamon, whiskey ganache with St. Dominican cacao which has pronounced notes of red fruits.
You’ll want to take your time to enjoy this one and take it all in.

Teeling Single Grain with marzipan

The Teeling Single grain whiskey aged in a red wine cask, has a real pronounced fruitiness, with for me personally some notes of honey and almonds.
So for this chocolate we have combined a layer of almond marzipan with a hint of orange blossom, with a layer of the rich whiskey and honey ganache using Cacao from Mexico with its spicy undertones and woody notes.
