Golden Baileys tart Welcome to my very first blog post! It’s a very special time of the year and as I’m officially launching my website & blog it’s extra special for me, and how to better start my Arcane journey than by sharing a festive recipe for this festive season? I created this Golden Baileys Tart for a series of patisserie workshops Redmond Fine Foods and myself held in the autumn of this year and was one of the crowd pleasers in the line up of cakes, tarts and chocolates we created during those 2 day classes. It’s a simple tart with simple flavours but as time passes on I’m realising more and more that simple things done well is the way
