  • This pairing of this elegant blond chocolate made with milk from the Swiss alps, and caramelized cacao nibs from Ghana is a moreish marriage of sweetness with a balanced bitterness of the cacao nibs.   Allergens: Milk, Soya
  • This distinctive milk chocolate with less sugar and a higher cacao percentage is made with Forastero cacao beans from Ghana and has notes of cream, cacao, roasted almonds, malt and chestnut and has delicious pieces of crispy wafer mixed through.   Allergens: WHEAT, TREE NUTS, EGG, MILK
  • In 1906, Lucien Millot created the plantation that produces the cacao found in this tablet in Andzavibe, Madagascar that today still bears his name and is now an organic certified plantation spanning around 600 hectares. The Société Millot in partnership with fine couverture producer Valrhona employs almost 500 local People. Valrhona has had a relationship in Madagascar with Millot for over 30 years and is now a co-owner of the plantation.   This fine couverture has a very fruity flavour profile, with notes of citrus and a full bodied cacao finish.
  • This tablet is made from very rare wild cacao Criollo Amazonico that grows on small islands deep in the rainforest lowlands in the province of Beni in Bolivia, the Cacao trees are left to nature except during harvesting and are never fertilised or trimmed and is the same cacao the ancient Olmecs and Mayans used for their rituals. The wild-growing cacao is harvested by the indigenous Chimane people, whose livelihoods have been greatly improved by the Cacao trade.   This truly unique cacao offers fruity has intense cacao flavours with notes of grapefruit, citrus and plums.
  • Cacao, much like wine or coffee, can have vastly different flavour profiles depending on the variety, climate and soil where the cacao is grown. At Arcane chocolate we are somewhat 'chocolate nerds' and we have created a box of chocolates with each a very interesting flavour profile for you to discover:
    • Bolivia 68% wild cacao: fruity, with notes of plums
    • Madagascar 64%: fruity, zesty with notes of citrus and red fruits.
    • Venezuela 72%: floral, with notes of prunes and currants

  • For this Limited edition and collaboration with Teeling Whiskey we have carefully tasted the Whiskeys and come up with an individual chocolate to complement each Whiskey: With the Single grain, we discovered aromas of honey, orange blossom and almonds, so we created a classic looking bonbon with a layer of almond marzipan, perfumed with a touch of orange blossom, topped with a ganache made from Mexican cacao beans and Irish honey. With the Single Malt, we noticed a pronounced note of vanilla and apricot, and subtle 'woodiness' so we created a bonbon with a fruity apricot & vanilla gelee, and a ganache made with Ecuadorian cacao, which has a pronounced woodiness itself. Finally, we have the Whiskey 6 months aged in a rum cask, which has strong notes of muscovado sugar, raisins and spice. This Whiskey we paired with an intense Muscovado caramel, and a ganache made with Saint. Dominican Cacao, which has notes of red fruits and spice.   The selection comes in a box 9, 3 of each flavour.   • This box contains 150g of our milk chocolate Piedmonte hazelnuts, 75g of our dark chocolate Piedmonte hazelnuts and 75g of our 'golden nuggets'. Perfect as a gift, or just for yourself!   Allergens: Treenuts, Wheat, Milk 
  • Raisins covered in a layer of 35% caramelised blonde chocolate, crispy feuillitine, and finally a layer of milk chocolate. Once you start you won't be able to stop!   Ingredients: Raisins, Sugar, Cacao solids, Cacao butter, Caramel, Milk powder, Wheat flour, Butter, Raising agent, Malt extract, milk proteins.   • There are hazelnuts and there are hazelnuts from the Piedmonte region in the North of Italy. We’ve sourced these hazelnuts straight from the farm in Italy, roasted them and coated them with a layer of our signature 70% dark chocolate. We must warn you, they are very addictive! Ingredients: Hazelnuts, Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter. Allergens: Hazelnuts (produced in a facility that contains Milk, Wheat, Egg, Treenuts)
  • There are hazelnuts and there are hazelnuts from the Piedmonte region in the North of Italy.   • Did you know cacao beans grow inside the cacao fruit surrounded by a delicious sweet pulp? That pulp has been viewed as a waste product until recently, but it is both nutritious and delicious, which means there is less waste in cacao production and an extra revenue stream for the cacao farmers! The cacao fruit pulp has a sweet and tangy flavour that reminds of honey and apricots and pairs incredibly well with our home 70% blend couverture. Ingredients: Cacao fruit pulp, pectin, glucose, sugar, citric acid, cocoa butter, cocoa solids. While this product is suitable for vegans, it is produced in a facility that contains Milk, Nuts, Wheat and Egg.
